#1 Hangin' with Mr. Super: Aired Sunday, January 10, 1999

Thurgood punishes Calvin for skipping school by making him help around the building. When Calvin becomes enamoured of Thurgood's job, Thurgood must discourage him from wanting to grow up to be a super, but in the process he discourages himself. Thurgood regains his faith in super-dom by saving Calvin from certain death with the help of a unique toilet phenomenon.

#2 Bones, Bugs 'n Harmony: Aired Tuesday, January 12, 1999

The building is infested with cockroaches, and while spraying, Thurgood sees Mrs. Avery eating dog food. He starts bringing her food, and throws a rent party for her to help her out. Mrs. Avery doesn't want to accept charity until she falls down an elevator shaft and turns Thurgood into her personal slave. With some advice from Muriel, he gets Mrs. Avery a new companion: a dog.

#3 The Door: Aired Tuesday, January 19, 1999

The tenants are complaining about the front door of the building, so Thurgood gets a new one, the Thugbuster 2000. When it is stolen by a gang, Thurgood goes to get it back, but accidently brings the gang back with him. Finally, the building rallies together to get rid of the gang, although the new door is destroyed in the process.

When Muriel comes down with the flu, Thurgood struggles to nurse her back to health.

#5 Rich Man, Porn Man: Aired Tuesday, February 2, 1999

When Thurgood decides to restore a ramshackle theater, he asks his tenants for help. It ends up being a porno theater, and although everyone is making money off the venture, Thurgood is horrified. He destroys the theater, gets thrown in jail, and everyone has to use their new-found riches to bail him out.

When Thurgood discovers a hidden penthouse apartment in the building, he turns it into his plush playground.

When Muriel busts a burglar in the projects, Thurgood takes credit for it.

Thurgood becomes hooked on a prescription drug when he discovers that it enhances his libido.

When Thurgood fails to send Calvin and Juicy to summer camp, he takes the boys camping with Sanchez and Walter.

#10 Operation Gumbo Drop: Aired Tuesday, April 13, 1999

Thurgood and Juicy compete in a gumbo cooking contest. It turns out Juicy is quite the chef, and Thurgood steals his recipe to win, but then sabotages himself when he learns that Juicy only entered the contest to spend time with his best friend, the Super.

#11 U Go Kart: Aired Tuesday, May 4, 1999

Thurgood builds a go-cart with Calvin and Juicy, but then can't resist taking it off a fifty foot jump and ends up breaking it. Calvin blames Juicy until it turns out that actually, the entire building took it out for a test drive.

#12 House Potty: Aired Tuesday, May 11, 1999

Thurgood makes everyone scrimp and save to get an amazing new modern toilet. When the toilet takes over Thurgood's job, Thurgood turns it into a fountain.

#13 Haiti Sings the Blues: Aired Tuesday, May 18, 1999

Thurgood starts a community garden on the roof, and when Haiti Lady's plants choke his wine grapes, he starts to desecrate her garden. In fury, she puts a curse on him, which apparently doesn't work. Doubting her own powers, she decides to return to Haiti. Thurgood feels bad and makes the curse appear to have worked so that she will stay.
